We are conscious of the fact that, while not
the most expensive private school in the area, fees to
attend Crowstone represent a substantial commitment from you
as a parent financially. We currently operate schemes run by
Accor
Services
and
Busybees
as well as the Government initiative Early Years scheme to provide
assistance with fee payments. There are many other schemes
available - if you are aware of any such schemes, please let
us know and we will be pleased to consider them.
Please find below some information you many find useful: |

Early learning
places are provided by the Foundation One and
Two departments here at Crowstone. They are
not "free" places but receive a proportion of
tuition fee subsidies which are available to all
three and four year olds based on the number of
sessions attended per week for any one term.
What
you are entitled to
"All three and four year olds are entitled to 15
hours of free early education for 38 weeks of the
year. This applies until they reach compulsory
school age (the term following their fifth
birthday). The early education can take place in
nurseries, playgroups, pre-schools or at their
childminders."

For the Spring Term the hourly
calculation for your Entitlement is as below:
| rate x weeks in term
x hours claimed |
| i.e. |
| £3.78 x 12 weeks (Spring
Term) x hours claimed (up to a maximum of 15 hours per week)
= a maximum of £680.40 for SPRING Term |
This calculation will also be applied to Autumn Term (14 weeks) and Summer Term
(9 weeks). This will of course lead to a slight fluctuation in termly fees. |

We are currently running schemes
with Busybees and Accor services who provide
Childcare Voucher services. These schemes could
represent a saving to you of around £1000 per year
on school fees, not just for three and four
year olds.
There are
many more such companies such as this and we would
be pleased to consider them if this type of support
is offered by your employer.
