	Welcome to our School's website.   I hope that after viewing the site you will be encouraged to arrange a visit with us to discuss your child's education at first hand and also to come and see us in person. Headmaster Mr J.P. Thayer   School OPEN Monday 6th, as normal. Sunday 5th February 2012 @ 18:00 It is our intention for the School to open tomorrow. We have checked the main roads which appear clear however side roads remain an issue. Parents are advised to avoid Crowstone Road and the junction of Crowstone and Crosby. The best approach appears to be from Chalkwell Avenue with the final stage of the journey being on foot. If conditions deteriorate over night and there is a need for a fresh decision we will broadcast this information in the usual way: web, radio, answerphone and text message. It is ultimately at the parents discretion as to whether to travel. Please do not take any unecessary risks. Years 3 & 4 Swimming will NOT take place. Roald Dahl Week - September 2011 On Thursday 15th September we celebrated Roald Dahl Week by studying some of his books, testing our knowledge and dressing us as some of our favourite characters. Congratulations to Annis for competing in the UKA National Dance competition and achieving an excellent first and third placing in the category in which she competed. Full report   Harvest Festival Donations A quick thank you to all those parents who donated food packages for the Harvest Festival. This year we will be passing your donations on to the Crowstone Christian Centre to help with their efforts in supporting the needy within our local community.
